The VA Medical Center (VAMC), located in Beckley, WV, is an 18-bed general medical and surgical facility with a 50-bed Community Living Center (CLC).  We are looking to add a psychologist to our highly qualified care team, who is highly motivated and shares our commitment to providing excellent care to our US veterans.

The Beckley,  VA Medical Center is small enough to connect with the patients but big enough to still have some of the newest equipment available.  We foster excellence through mentorship, leadership, and educational programs, giving you the tools you need to serve our Veterans the best.

We are seeking a highly motivated BE/BC Psychiatrist, with a license, who shares our commitment to providing excellent care to our US Veterans.  The Service seeks a patient-centered provider to add to our team at our Beckley VAMC.

Please note that the VA physician compensation tables have recently been updated to improve VA Medical Center compensation rates.

The psychiatrists at the Beckley VA perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations on veterans who suffer from depression, anxiety, psychosis, PTSD, substance abuse and other psychiatric disorders using a patient-centered team approach.
