IU Health Medical Group- Metro Regionis seeking a patient-focused Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dedicatedEndocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolismteam in Indianapolis, IN!

• Full-time, Day Shift
• Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
• 100% inpatient
• Patient volume is approximately 50/week
• Provider will focus on providing care to the diabetic patient population
• Practice at our Academic Health Center (IU Methodist and University Hospitals)
• Join a team of 18physicians and 4 advanced practice providers, as well as knowledgeablesupport staff and diabetes educators.

Key Responsibilities:

• New position to help create Diabetes Service at Methodist and University Hospitals
• Inpatient rounding and Diabetes consult responsibilities.
• Endocrinologists to see all new inpatients and APP will see follow up inpatients.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree required
• ACNP, AGNP, FNP, WHNP or PA certification required
• Open to highly motivated new graduates
• Diabetes experience highly preferred
