The James A. Haley Veterans’ Hospital, a flagship VA facility located in beautiful Tampa, Florida, is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Physician to join our Spinal Cord Injury & Disorders (SCI/D) Service. Position Highlights:
Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care to Veterans with spinal cord injuries and disorders.
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team that includes rehabilitation, nursing, therapy, psychology, and social work.
Opportunities for teaching medical students, residents, and fellows through our strong academic affiliations with the University of South Florida (USF) Morsani College of Medicine.
Participation in clinical research encouraged and supported.
Monday–Friday schedule with shared call responsibilities.
Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
Board Certification/Eligibility in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Internal Medicine, or Neurology (with SCI fellowship preferred)
Unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state or territory
