We are seeking an experienced colorectal surgeon to serve as Chief of Colorectal Surgery at Baystate Health based in in Springfield, MA. POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:

•   Lead and expand a high-demand colorectal surgery service, inspiring a collaborative team of surgeons, advanced practitioners, and surgical residents.
•   Drive program growth and innovation with direct access to three robotic surgical systems.
• Develop the next generation of colorectal surgeons by laying the foundation for a future ACGME-accredited Colorectal Surgery Fellowship and strengthening our role as a regional leader in surgical education.

Qualifications: ABMS board certified/board eligible in Colon & Rectal Surgery. Minimum of 5 years clinical experience and demonstrated leadership experience within an academic or large health system setting preferred. Strong commitment to education, innovation, community health, and health equity.
