Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join our established and growing practice in Madison, Wisconsin. This is an excellent opportunity for both new graduates and fellowship-trained surgeons to build a thriving practice while working alongside experienced, tenured staff in a collaborative environment.

Practice Details:

  • Case Mix: 80% cardiac procedures, 20% thoracic procedures
  • 2024 Volume:
    • 600 cardiac patient procedures
    • 150 thoracic patient procedures
    • 150 TAVR procedures
  • Call Schedule: 1:4 weekend call rotation
  • Technology: Robotic surgery capabilities on-site
  • Support: Work with a dedicated first assist group
  • ICU Coverage: Intensivist-managed ICU care
