We are seekingan Advanced Practice Provider to join our compassionate Palliative Care team at Indiana University Health Medical Groupin Carmel,Indiana!
Position Details:
- Full-time, Day-Shift
- Monday-Friday
- No weekends or call
- 100% inpatient
- No procedural requirements
- Team includes 8physicians and 8advanced practice providers
Responsibilities:
- Provide palliative care consultations to seriously ill patients in the acute care setting, including goals of care conversations and symptom management.
Qualifications:
- ACNP, AGNP, FNP, or PA certification required
- If new graduate, at least 5 years of RN experience in a high mortality setting required
