The VA Greater Los Angeles (GLA) Healthcare System is looking for dedicated PCPs to join our Patient Aligned Care Teams (PACT), delivering patient-centered care to a panel of Veterans, ensuring comprehensive and coordinated treatment. - Captain Rosemary Bryant Mariner Outpatient Clinic – Ventura CA
- Antelope Valley VA Clinic – Lancaster, CA
- Bakersfield VA Clinic – Bakersfield, CA
- Sepulveda VA Medical Center – Sepulveda, CA
- Santa Maria VA Clinic – Santa Maria CA
- San Gabriel Valley VA Clinic – Arcadia, CA
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary and acute care in an outpatient setting, with a focus on chronic disease management and preventive health.
- Serve as a pivotal team member within a supportive unit, including a provider (MD/DO), RN, LVN, and a Clerk.
- Participate in Process Improvement/Quality Assurance projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
- Engage in VA's national, VISN, and local quality and process improvement initiatives.
- Provide education and mentorship to medical students, residents, and other trainees through an affiliation with the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA.
- Experience in Women's Health is highly valued.
Qualifications:
- MD or equivalent
- Board Certified/Eligible in Infectious Disease.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must possess a current, full, and unrestricted license
- Preferred: Teaching experience for clinics that are part of academic training programs

Benefits and Features:
- Starting salary $265,000 – Negotiable, final salary will be based on breadth and years of experience and qualifications
