Join our growing and compassionate Cardiology team at IU West Hospital in Avon, Indiana! We are seeking a patient-focused Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to collaborate with our highly skilled, Cardiology team.

Position Details:

• Full-time employment
• 100% Outpatient
• Schedule: 4X10 hour day shifts- 40 hours/week
• Candidate will see OUTPATIENT ADULT CARDIOLOGY patients for return visits or hospital follow ups.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must be Board Eligible or Board Certified
• Master’s Degree required
• Will accept an ACNP, AGNP, FNP or PA
  • Minimum clinical experience required is 2 years in Cardiology
  • Outpatient Cardiology experience required.
