Job Description
If you are passionate about bringing hope into the underserved community, then consider our full-time psychiatry opportunity with an FQHC located in Bloomington, IL. You would work in collaboration with other clinicians to provide care to patients in an outpatient-only setting that has no requirements for call, rounding, or weekends. Telemedicine may be utilized when needed.

The position offers an excellent compensation and benefits package including eligibility for pre-tax loan repayment up to $50,000 with a 2-year contract plus health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan with company match, and more. Our clinicians are also eligible for state and federal loan repayment programs, such as the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program.

This area of the state benefits from a thriving economy and a lower cost of living supported by companies such as State Farm, Country Financial, Rivian (electric vehicle manufacturing company), and a robust medical community. The Bloomington-Normal area is a vibrant community, home to over 165,000 residents. Located 2.5 hours from Chicago and St. Louis. Bloomington-Normal boasts a bustling airport as well as frequent Amtrak service. Bloomington-Normal also offers excellent public and private schools from pre-K to higher education – home to Illinois State University, Illinois Wesleyan University, and Heartland Community College.
