Anesthesiologist Job at DAX Contracting Services in Sunrise Beach, MO

Locum Anesthesiologist (MD/DO) - Eastern Tennessee (Johnson City and Surrounding Area)

Requirements: ACLS, PALS, Active TN license

Anticipated Start Date: November 2025

Duration: 3-6 month contract with opportunity for extension

Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days (Start date contingent on credentialing, must also have an active license in order to begin credentialing)

Location: The anesthesia group services multiple hospitals/ facilities in the Bristol, Kingsport, and Johnson City, TN areas. If there is an area of preference, the provider can request it.

 
Schedule: M-F, 40 hours, 0700 start time.... 8 hour shifts however, there may be occasional 10 hour days dependent on case load/ duration

Call Schedule: Call is not required. If the provider wants to take call, a request can be made

Day-To-Day: B&B Anesthesiology cases. No hearts. No Crani. Can accommodate if the physician does not want to see OB cases.

Patient Population: All ages. Will have to see children, however, they can accommodate if the physician does not want to see sick pediatric patients (i.e. sick infants)

Patient Volume: 4-8 cases per day

Support Staff: OR staff, Nurses, Techs, other MDs, CRNAs

EMR System: EPIC

Expenses: Expenses will be covered within reason (Flight, rental car, hotel, mileage, etc.)
