Job Description

Pullman Regional Hospital in Pullman, WA is looking for a board-certified or board-eligible Urologist to join our Palouse Urology Center. 

Position Highlights:

  1. Hospital employed position with Pullman Regional Hospital, an award-winning critical access hospital
  2. Income guarantee or base salary negotiable -  $600,000+
  3. Base salary plus production pay model after two years
  4. Benefits include but are not limited to: paid time off 6 weeks per year, maternity leave, coverage of various license, certification and dues fees, medical coverage, long and short-term disability insurance, retirement plan, and malpractice and tail insurance
  5. Commitment incentive of 10% signing 
  6. Retention incentive of $100,000 over 5 years 
  7. Moving stipend of $10,000
  8. Loan repayment
  9. Clinic located on hospital campus for easy access
  10. 1:5 call schedule

Current technology includes:

  1. Epic electronic medical record system
  2. Blue Light Cystoscopy with Cysview
  3. da Vinci Xi robotic surgery system with dedicated block time for robotics cases, including robotic prostatectomy robotic partial nephrectomy, robotic radical nephrectomy, robotic radical cystectomy with conduit, and robotic colpopexy
  4. Lasers: holmium laser, greenlight laser for prostate vaporization
  5. Aquablation Therapy
  6. Urolift
