Pullman Regional Hospital in Pullman, WA is looking for a board-certified or board-eligible Urologist to join our Palouse Urology Center.
Position Highlights:
- Hospital employed position with Pullman Regional Hospital, an award-winning critical access hospital
- Income guarantee or base salary negotiable - $600,000+
- Base salary plus production pay model after two years
- Benefits include but are not limited to: paid time off 6 weeks per year, maternity leave, coverage of various license, certification and dues fees, medical coverage, long and short-term disability insurance, retirement plan, and malpractice and tail insurance
- Commitment incentive of 10% signing
- Retention incentive of $100,000 over 5 years
- Moving stipend of $10,000

- 1:5 call schedule
