Indiana UniversityHealth Medical Groupis hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistantto join our Neurosurgery departmentat Methodist Hospital!Join a highly skilled team providing care for patients with Cerebrovascular and Endovasculardiseases.

Position Details:

• Full-time 1.0Clinical FTE
• Monday through Friday 8am - 4:30pm
• 90% Outpatient and 10%Inpatient
• Team includes 15Physicians and 30Advanced Practice Providers

This innovative departmentprovides challenging and rewarding work. Physicians are dedicated to providing value and autonomy to their Advanced Practice Providersand promote a supportive environment for learning. Cohesiveness, communication, and critical thinking skills are a necessity.

Key Responsibilities:

• See neurosurgery consults
• Patient care coordination
• Ordering diagnostic imaging and labs
• Perform complete neurological exams
• Interpret data and imaging results
• Assist in developing the plan of care for patients

Qualifications:

• ACNP, AGNP, FNP or PA certification required
• Neurosurgical, Neurology, Vascular and/or Critical Care experience strongly preferred
