📍 Rosebud Hospital – Rosebud, SD

Location: 400 Soldier Creek Dr, Rosebud, SD 57570

Facility Overview:

• 35-bed medical/surgical hospital serving the Rosebud Sioux (Sicangu Oyate) tribal members
• 10-bed ED: 1 Trauma Bay, 1 Triage Room, 5 Treatment Bays, 3 Fast Track Rooms
• 19-bed inpatient unit, daily census ~6
• Annual ED volume: 14,800 (approx. 41/day)
• Ancillary Services: 24/7 Lab, CT/X-Ray, Dental, Optometry, Women’s Health, Outpatient Clinic
• EHR: RPMS

Staffing Matrix:

• Physicians: 48-hr coverage (2 day shifts: 7a–7p | 8a–8p, 2 night shifts: 7p–7a | 8p–8a)
• APCs: 36-hr coverage (7a–7p, 11a–11p, 7p–7a)

Requirements:

• ABEM/AOBEM certified, or FM/IM with recent ED experience
• 3+ years managing pediatric/obstetric emergencies, including precipitous deliveries
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP
• License: Any state license accepted
