This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a well-established team with strong hospital-affiliated practice support. Our Cicero office offers a full range of health care services for the entire family, including child and adolescent medicine, adult and geriatric health care, care for illness, injury and chronic medical conditions, and preventive immunizations and vaccinations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate Provider that has a passion to deliver patient-focused care in an outpatient setting, with a supportive and experienced team, strong leadership, and thorough orientation process.

Position Highlights:

• Schedule:Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (plus approximately 4 Saturday shifts per year, 8:00 AM-12:00 PM)

Requirements:

• ActiveNew York State licenseandDEA certification
• Board Certificationrequired

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary: $105,000 to $125,000 per year with additional productivity earning potential
• The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
