Job Summary:

MountainView Hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada is seeking a BC Internal Medicine Physician to join our group. The incoming candidate will work with our Internal Medicine Residency Program for about 20-35 hours per month dedicated to teaching the residents in the clinic, and for ambulatory related didactics. Experienced and efficient in ambulatory medicine is required.

Qualified Candidates:

Candidates must present with broad knowledge of, experience with, and commitment to internal medicine as a discipline, patient centered care, and to the generalist training of residents
Must possess excellent interpersonal /administrative /team building skills
Required and protected, dedicated time of 30% to program duties with the other 70% time to be in the continuity clinic
Experienced and efficient in ambulatory medicine

-Extensive women’s and children’s services; including high-risk OB services and a Level-III NICU

-Oncology services including a full service unit, Sarah Cannon Day Hospital supporting a blood and cellular therapy program with certified oncology nursing staff, surgical services, imaging and outpatient infusion services
