Indiana University Health Medical Groupis seeking an Infectious Disease physicianto join our growing team, practicingat our new hospital & nearby office in beautiful Bloomington, Indiana!
Position Highlights:
- Join 2physicians in an established practice, sharing call schedule
- Full-time, Days
- Limited call of 1:3
- Patient volume: 75 per week in office & 15-20 per week in hospital
- 50% Inpatient
- 50% Outpatient
- Work with adults, ages 16+ with both acute and chronic infectious diseases, HIV infections and other immunosuppressive illnesses, in hospital and outpatient settings
- Provide timely consultations in a broad range of settings, answering questions from referring practitioners and providing quality care and value to the providers and system
- Teaching opportunities with IU School of Medicine medical students and newly developed residency programs
Qualifications:
- Infectious Disease fellowship, required
- Infectious Disease BE/BC, required
- Physician licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
- Visa sponsorship; H1B
