Overton Brooks VA Medical Center is recruiting for a full-time Pulmonary /Critical Care Physician. Highlights/Requirements
- Starting base salary: $240,000 to - $385,000 per year
- Daily schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Attending responsibilities for the Medical ICU team (Medical Residents),
- Critical Care consultation in Surgical ICU (with Medical Residents and Critical Care Fellow),
- Teaching and mentoring medical students, residents, and Fellow,
- Inpatient consultations for Pulmonary,
- Duties will include clinical practice, and teaching Pulmonary fellows, residents and medical students, and
- faculty appointment at the affiliated Louisiana State University Health and Science Center commensurate with qualifications.
- Current, Full and unrestricted license from any U.S. State
- Preferred: Pulmonary and Critical Care Board Certified or eligible

- CME: Possible $1,000 per year reimbursement (must be full-time with board certification)
- Contract: No Physician Employment Contract and no significant restriction on moonlighting
