🩺 The Role: Full-Time Hospitalist

Located at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center, this position is ideal for providers who are committed to adult inpatient care and are ready to be part of a tight-knit, high-performing team.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide care for a range of adult medical inpatients (no peds, no procedures)
• Collaborate with a tight-knit team of nurses, APPs, and hospital specialists
• Maintain thorough documentation and support quality initiatives
• Participate in quality improvement and scheduled discussions with leadership

🧠 The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who:

• Board Certified in Internal medicine, family medicine or Med/Ped
• ACLS/BLS Certified
• Committed to living in or near Cheyenne, WY and growing with the team
• Professional, reliable, and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Has experience working as a hospitalist within the last 12 months
• A new grad? You’re still encouraged to apply if you're ready to hit the ground running and be part of a high-performing team

💵 Compensation/Benefits and Schedule

We’re proud to offer clear, fair, and transparent compensation:

Aligned Providers’ HR standard: Any hospitalist working 120+ hours/month is considered full-time and qualifies for full-time benefits

Tier 1 – High Commitment (Primary hiring need)

• Hours: 180 per month (~15 shifts/month)
• Base pay: $160/hour
• Night Differential: +$25/hr.
• Quality Bonus: Up to $30,000/year (Paid quarterly)

Tier 2 – Enhanced Commitment

• Hours: 150 – 179 per month
• Base pay: $155/hour
• Night Differential: +$25/hr.
• Quality Bonus: Up to $25,000/year (Paid quarterly)

Tier 3 – Standard Commitment

• Hours: 120 – 149 per month
• Base pay: $150/hour
• Night Differential: +$25/hr.
• Quality Bonus: Up to $20,000/year (Paid quarterly)

Sign-On Bonus – Limited Time Offer (Now through February 28, 2026)

• Tier 1 –: $30,000 standard bonus + $20,000 fast-start bonus (up to $50,000)
• Tier 2 –: $25,000 standard bonus + $15,000 fast-start bonus (up to $40,000)
• Tier 3 –: $20,000 standard bonus + $10,000 fast-start bonus (up to $30,000)

Fast-start bonuses apply to candidates able to begin work between now and February 28, 2026.

Scheduling

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (5 physicians + 1 APP)
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (1 physician + 1 APP)
• Block scheduling available
• Extra shifts available — never required

🏥 The Hospital: Cheyenne Regional Medical Center

Patient Volume: Average of 80 per day, total divided up among all providers

• Support: APP/APRN assistance on all shifts
• EMR System: EPIC
• Level 3 Trauma Center
• 222 bed hospital capacity
• Open ICU - option to do procedures or ventilation management - not expected

• No Locums. We are building a long-term team.
• No 1099. This is a W-2 employed role only.
• No Visa Sponsorship. We are unable to support visa applications.
