Practice autonomously at our 8-bed hospital just 15 minutes outside of Fayetteville.

Stable in-house Hospitalist program has been in place for 20+ years – strong core group, excellent retention, collegial environment.
Dedicated Nocturnists on staff via telemedicine. Hospitalist service also includes Intensivists, Neuro, Peds, and Geriatrics at our flagship hospital in Pinehurst, NC.
Supportive administration, collegial relationships with Primary Care and specialists, and easy access to sub-specialists within the system.
Efficient patient transfer process with our regional referral center, FirstHealth’s flagship hospital in Pinehurst, NC.
Desirable block schedule 7 on/7 off (180 shifts/year).

Community Overview:
Qualifications:
Completion of ACGME- or AOA-approved Internal Medicine residency program.
Board Certification through ABMS or AOA.
Superior clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in a high acuity Hospitalist program highly desired.
Clean background, unrestricted NC medical licensure, NC DEA and AHA ACLS certification.
