Bariatrics Job at Trinity Health in New York

St. Peters Health Partners Medical Associatesis seeking a Full Time Advanced Practitioner (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our Bariatric and Metabolic Care Team located in Troy, NY.

This is an outpatient-based position focused on providing comprehensive care to patients pursuing medical weight loss management.The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of clinical nutrition and medical weight loss and demonstrate the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:

• Busy practice with system support
• Schedule will be four days per week with hours of 7:00 am - 5:30 pm.
• No call responsibility
• Supportive team including collaboration with physician, social workers, and dieticians

REQUIREMENTS:

• NYS licensure and DEA
• Board Certification
• Experience in medical weight management and clinical nutrition is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilitieS
