Job Description:
- Full-Time, Day Shift
- Monday-Friday, 58-hour shifts per week
- Shift typically 7am-3pm, may be flexible
- No weekends, call,or holidays
- 100% inpatient
- Patient volume varies with consult role
- Group includes 18physicians and 15 APPs; this position will work directly with 5physicians and 1APP
- Patient population: Head & Neck Surgery patients
Key Responsibilities:
- Provider will cover inpatient Head & Neck surgery patients as well as assist with consults and calls at University Hospital during their working hours
- Procedures include; Flexible tracheoscopy, trach changes, complex wound care (including debridement/wound packing and laryngectomy care), hematoma/seroma I&D, drain removal, suture/staple removal, cerumen removal, nasal endoscopy, and flexible laryngoscopy.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree required
- Must be ACNP, AGNP,FNP, or PA BE/BC
- Open to new graduates, experience in ENT/OHNS preferred
