General Practice Job through Jackson Physician Search in Texas

A new, state-of-the-art clinic will open in west Texas in January 2026, and we're looking to hire Nurse Practitioners now to join the team. You can begin working at one of our established clinics while onboarding and preparing for the new opening.
We welcome both new graduates and experienced NPs who want to practice in a supportive, patient-focused environment. Opportunities are available in both Primary Care and Urgent Care.

Practice Details:

All ages 2+

Primary Care Schedule: Mon-Fri 8a-5p
o Experience in value-based care

Urgent Care Schedule: Mon-Fri 8a-8p, Sat 9a-5p, Sun 10a-5p, Flexible shifts

Fast-paced

Must be willing to obtain DOT certification

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary up to $150k with earning potential over $200k

Sign-on bonus, relocation, CME allowance, PTO, 401k, health benefits
