Details:

• Full-time:rotating schedule of days, nights and weekends
• Daily patient rounds on theCVICU, providing patient education, and assisting with discharge summaries
• Knowledge of the pharmacologic effects of vasoactive/cardiotonic drugs, ventilator care, and artificial cardiac devices
• Helpmanage the post-surgical patients under the supervision of the surgeons

Qualifications:

• Must be Board Certified
• Must hold either ACNP, AGNP, FNP or PA certifications
• Able to obtain IN license
• Experience managing patients withhigh acuityis preferred
• New grads must have CVICU experience or ICU experience as an RN
• Position is ICU only and is 80% days, but will work 2-3 night shifts a month. Will also work Q4 weekends.
