Brooks Memorial Hospital in Dunkirk, NY, affiliated with Kaleida Health in Buffalo, has an opening for an AP/CP Board Certified Associate Pathologist to be based at our hospital located in Dunkirk, NY. The hospital is located less than one hour from Buffalo, NY. The ideal candidate will be an experienced general surgical pathologist who is comfortable in the diagnosis and management of a broad range of cases in surgical pathology, cytopathology, and intraoperative consultation. Subspecialty fellowship training is not necessary but a concentration in GI pathology would be advantageous. The candidate must be eligible for NYS licensure, qualify as a laboratory medical director and be able to handle the medical management of an essential service clinical laboratory.

Requirements
- BC/BE AP/CP Board Certified Associate Pathologist
- Ideal candidate will be Laboratory Medical Director eligible via CQ certification within 6 months-12 months
- Graduate of Accredited Program
- Ability to obtain a New York State medical license or have a New York State medical license in good standing
- Proficiency in general surgical pathology, GI pathology, clinical interpretations and must have recent experience performing frozen sections
