Opportunity

TMH Physician Partners is seeking an In-Patient Advanced Practice Provider to work with our Endocrine Group. This position will have no clinic duties and will be responsible for continuity of patient care in the hospital and working with multiple providers. This role will serve as the primary consultant and follow-up provider for Endocrine consultations and patient follow-ups. This is a two-practitioner team, and the new provider will be joining an experienced Nurse Practitioner.
