HCA Midwest, Kansas City’s largest healthcare provider, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks an experienced physician leader in Neurosurgery to drive strategic growth
Qualified Candidates:
Demonstrated track record of physician leadership and program growth, with experience in developing and implementing strategic initiatives
Excellent surgical skills in both cranial and spinal neurosurgery, typically with a 70/30 or 80/20 split depending upon the specific practice needs
Develop and implement strategies to expand neurosurgery services, enhance program offerings and increase market share within the Kansas City region
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team of neurosurgeons and advanced practice providers
Guide initiatives to improve clinical performance, reduce readmission rates and enhance patient experience.
Board Certification in neurosurgery
Current medical licensure in Missouri and/or Kansas (or ability to obtain)
