Job Summary:

• Nurse Practitioner (NP) degree and proper certification
• Current CO license, or the ability to obtain before hire
• DEA license and prescriptive authority in Colorado, or ability to obtain before hire
• Job duties include interviewing, assessing and examining new and returning breast cancer patients; communicating effectively with other oncological specialties including, but not limited to, Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, and Oncology Rehabilitation; Effectively running the high-risk breast cancer clinic, which involves interviewing, assessing and examining high risk patients who may require biannual imaging and genetic testing and counseling
• Experience in breast surgery preferred but not required

• Colorado Breast Care Specialists is currently composed of two fellowship trained breast surgeons and two NPs
• The team at Colorado Breast Care specialists is dedicated to providing patient-centered breast care while collaborating with the skilled women’s health specialists at Rose Women’s Hospital
