Role Summary
We’re seeking an experienced Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) to serve as
National Director of Quality and Training. This pivotal role combines clinical leadership,
provider education, quality oversight, and nationwide support of our care teams. You will
train new providers, ensure care consistency, collaborate with GYN surgeons on
endometriosis cases, and provide in-clinic coverage when gaps arise.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Protocol Leadership
• Train new Nurse Practitioners in the proprietary PRM protocol
• Conduct hands-on clinical onboarding and ongoing education
• Develop clinical manuals, SOPs, and competencies
• Serve as PRM’s national expert in pelvic pain and pelvic floor dysfunction care
GYN Surgeon Collaboration
• Coordinate with GYN surgeons to support endometriosis care
• Ensure integrated patient treatment plans with surgical partners
National Quality Oversight
• Perform national clinic on-site quality reviews and clinical audits for all providers
• Maintain high standards of documentation and patient care
• Lead performance improvement and compliance efforts
Clinical Coverage & Travel
• Provide direct patient care during staff leave or vacancies
• Travel to PRM clinics across 10 states as needed
• Obtain and maintain active NP licensure in all PRM states (support provided)
Strategic Leadership
• Work closely with PRM leadership to shape care protocols
• Support clinical hiring, evaluation, and development
• Represent PRM at conferences and medical forums
• Collaborate with the credentialing team to support participation in in-network insurance
plans
Required Qualifications
• WHNP with active license and 10+ years of GYN experience
• Clinical leadership experience in quality or training roles
• Willingness to travel frequently (multi-state)
• Willing to obtain licenses in 10 PRM states (PRM will assist)
• Expertise in GYN procedures and Women’s Health with experience in endometriosis,
adenomyosis, fibroids, PCOS, and menopause preferred
• Strong communication, teaching, and mentoring abilities
