Hospitalist Job at Saint Francis Health System in Tulsa, OK

Saint Francis Health System, located in Tulsa, Oklahoma is currently seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hospitalists to join our dedicated nocturnist team.

Position Highlights:

• Locations:

• Saint Francis Hospital – Muskogee: 280-bed Regional Hospital | Open ICU | 2 Nocturnists per night

• Saint Francis Hospital - Yale: 1100-bed Tertiary Hospital | Closed ICU | 5 Nocturnists per night

• Supportive structure: cross-cover ICU with an in-house nocturnist/intensivist always available for backup

• Workload: ~10 patient encounters per night with 8–12 admissions

• Dedicated rapid response and ER code teams for smooth coordination

Compensation & Benefits:

• $455,000 base salary + annual quality bonus

• Up to $30,000 retention bonus and $20,000 sign-on bonus

• Relocation assistance and rural stipend (if eligible)
