Obstetrician/Gynecologist Job at Catholic Health System in Buffalo, NY

1. Full-Time: Seven (7) 24-hour shifts per month (including at least 1 weekend per month)
2. Annual salary range: $285,000 - $325,000

1. Doctor shall have graduated from an Accredited School of Medicine with either a Medical Director (M.D.) or a Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degree.
2. Doctor shall be licensed to practice Medicine in New York State with an active DEA certificate
3. Doctor shall be board certified in OB/GYN.
4. Doctor shall be Electronic Fetal Monitor (EFM) Certified

1. Routine care for all obstetrical patients, including high-risk obstetrical patients.
2. Provide in-house obstetrical services, including but not limited to emergency cesarean sections, spontaneous vaginal or operative vaginal births, and rounding on antepartum, laboring, and postpartum patients.
3. Provide backup support to obstetrical providers when requested, including VBAC coverage.
4. Assist other attending physicians in surgery when requested and performing emergency GYN procedures that present through Emergency Department
