Radiation Oncologist

Job Description

John Muir Health Cancer Medical Group is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Radiation Oncologist to join our established and growing practice in the San Francisco East Bay area, serving Walnut Creek and Berkeley, California. The ideal candidate will be comfortable treating a variety of disease sites but have a particular interest in CNS and breast malignancies. We are especially interested in individuals with prior academic experience and practice-building initiative who are eager to contribute to a subspecialized, collaborative, and patient-centered program.

The John Muir Health Cancer Medical Group is a multispecialty group that includes 6 radiation oncologists, 12 medical oncologists, and 12 APPs . The radiation oncologists practice across two state-of-the-art cancer centers built in partnership with UCSF Health. Our radiation oncology group has grown over the years due to strategic expansion which has allowed us to practice in a subspecialized model, allowing physicians to develop expertise in specific disease sites.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology
  • Graduate from an accredited school of medicine
  • Current DEA license
  • Must possess or acquire a current unrestricted license to practice in the State of California
