Requirements:
Required: Nurse Practitioner Board Certification by the AANC or Physician Assistant Board Certification by the NCCPA.
Required: ARNP or PA license in Oregon state, or ability to obtain during credentialing process.
Certification in BLS, ACLS or PALS required as a condition of employment within 30 days of hire.
