**Job Details:** Utilize advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills both independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals
Provide comprehensive health care with emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention
Function within Cardiac Centers of Excellence programs across both inpatient and outpatient settings
Conduct patient follow-ups, consultations, and telehealth services to improve same-day access
Opportunity for procedures, specialized training, certification, and research participation
Requires excellent customer service skills to establish positive relationships with patients and colleagues
May require travel to other sites as needed
Must have Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing or Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies
Current appropriate state licensure and certifications required (BLS/ACLS, National certification)
Successfully complete credentialing process prior to practice
