Qualifications:

• Board-certified in Family Medicine (ABFM or AOBFP)

• At least 3 years of GME experience (core faculty, APD, or PD role in an ACGME-accredited program)

• Eligible for unrestricted Arizona medical license

• Strong commitment to community-based, culturally sensitive care

• Leadership experience and familiarity with ACGME requirements
