Position Highlights
- Provide inpatient rounding and daily med-management, admissions, and discharges.
- Conduct partial-hospitalization or outpatient clinic sessions
- Collaborate with treatment team for case conferences and care planning.
- Engage in teaching and mentorship of students, and allied staff.
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed base salary: $300,000–$320,000 (depending on experience)
- Annual bonus: Up to $20K–40K based on performance metrics

Visa Sponsorship
- J‑1 (Conrad 30) available
- Eligible for NHSC loan repayment by practicing in an underserved community

Ideal Candidate
- MD or DO, board-certified or eligible in Psychiatry
- Valid US state medical license and DEA
- Comfortable in both inpatient and outpatient care
- Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset.
