Palliative Care Job at Erlanger Health in Chattanooga, TN

Erlanger Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate NP/PA for our Palliative Care team at Erlanger Baroness Hospital in Chattanooga, TN! This position is 100% inpatient, ideal for someone who is not only clinically skilled but also deeply compassionate as you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for patients with complex, chronic or life limiting conditions. This is a full-time, weekday position with hours from 8:00am-4:30pm.

Position Overview:

As part of our Palliative Care team, you'll collaborate with a dedicated group of 16 professionals who cultivate a supportive and team-oriented environment.  Our team is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and fostering a collaborative environment where learning, development, and teamwork are of the utmost importance.

Education, Training, & Experience

• Masters of Science degree in Nursing (MSN) in family and/or adult nurse practitioner
  

or

• Graduate of a Physician Assistant Program accredited by the American Academy of Physician Assistant. BS/BA

Preferred:

• Minimum of two years of experience in hospice or palliative care
