Dallas
Requirements:
- MD candidates
- Internal Medicine residency completion required from an accredited ACGME program
- Cardiology fellowship completion required from an accredited ACGME program
- Additional fellowship completion in heart failure required from an accredited program.
- Board certified or board eligible for ABIM cardiology and advanced heart failure
- Active Texas license
- Seeking someone who can start immediately (allowing for 120 days for credentialing)
- Advanced Heart Failure cardiologist skilled in management of advanced heart failure, cardiomyopathies and mechanical circulatory support (MCS).
Position Details:
- Employed position with Texas Health Heart & Vascular Specialists, a member of Texas Health Physicians Group (THPG), including attractive compensation and benefits package
- Join a very vibrant practice that is well-supported by several employed THPG Primary Care/Internal Medicine groups. This group has a long-standing history of quality cardiology care.
- This is an excellent practice opportunity with immediate large patient base and the opportunity to grow with new patient referrals.
- Office on the campus of Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas, a Level 1 Trauma center with a comprehensive stroke center.
Fort Worth
Requirements:
- MD or DO candidates.
- Internal Medicine residency completion required from an accredited ACGME program.
- Cardiology fellowship completion required from an accredited program.
- Additional fellowship completion in heart failure required from an accredited program.
- Must be board certified or board eligible in cardiology and heart failure.
- Experience with advanced heart failure therapies (including LVADs) is required.
- Current Texas license or willingness to obtain.
- Ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills with a focus on evidence-based practice. Excellent communication and personal skills are key, as well as a collaborative mindset with a commitment to team-based care.
