Texas Health Physicians Group is seeking two Heart Failure Cardiologists to practice in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas

Dallas

Requirements:

MD candidates
Internal Medicine residency completion required from an accredited ACGME program
Cardiology fellowship completion required from an accredited ACGME program
Additional fellowship completion in heart failure required from an accredited program.
Board certified or board eligible for ABIM cardiology and advanced heart failure
Active Texas license
Seeking someone who can start immediately (allowing for 120 days for credentialing)
Advanced Heart Failure cardiologist skilled in management of advanced heart failure, cardiomyopathies and mechanical circulatory support (MCS).

Position Details:

Employed position with Texas Health Heart & Vascular Specialists, a member of Texas Health Physicians Group (THPG), including attractive compensation and benefits package
Join a very vibrant practice that is well-supported by several employed THPG Primary Care/Internal Medicine groups. This group has a long-standing history of quality cardiology care.
This is an excellent practice opportunity with immediate large patient base and the opportunity to grow with new patient referrals.
Office on the campus of Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas, a Level 1 Trauma center with a comprehensive stroke center.

Fort Worth

Requirements:

MD or DO candidates.
Internal Medicine residency completion required from an accredited ACGME program.
Cardiology fellowship completion required from an accredited program.
Additional fellowship completion in heart failure required from an accredited program.

Must be board certified or board eligible in cardiology and heart failure.
Experience with advanced heart failure therapies (including LVADs) is required.
Current Texas license or willingness to obtain.
Ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills with a focus on evidence-based practice. Excellent communication and personal skills are key, as well as a collaborative mindset with a commitment to team-based care.

Position Details:

Employed position with Texas Health Physicians Group (THPG) Heart & Vascular Specialists Fort Worth, a large cardiology practice founded over 50 years ago.
