Hematology and Oncology Job at Kettering Health in Cincinnati, OH

Kettering Health is actively recruiting a board-certified or board-eligible Hematology/Oncology physician to join our established Cancer Care team in Hamilton, Ohio. This is a hospital-employed position offering a collegial, well-supported practice in a patient-centered environment.

Position Highlights

• Compensation: Guaranteed base salary, $100/wRVU rate, uncapped productivity, quality incentives, and sign-on bonus

• Schedule: 4 clinic days + 1 protected admin day; outpatient clinic with inpatient coverage

• Call: 1:3 rotation, Remote call on weekends.

• Support Team: 2-APPs, 3-MAs, 3-RNs, dietitians, nurse navigators, financial navigators, social workers, rehab therapists, and on-site infusion center and clinic pharmacists.

• Technology: Institutional EMR system: Epic EMR, LLM
