• 4-day work week, Monday through Thursday schedule
• 18 - 20 patients per day -- 2 to 3 patients per hour
• On-call coverage 1:12 rotation, averaging less than one call per night
• After-hours clinic phone call coverage 5 pm - 8 am
• All ages practice
• Neonatal resuscitation certification required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
