Bring Compassionate Care Where It’s Needed Most – Join Centurion Health as a Dentist

At Centurion Health, we believe in the power of healthcare to change lives—not just for our patients, but for the communities to which they return. As a national leader in correctional healthcare, we are driven by a mission to provide quality, compassionate care to some of the most underserved populations in the country.

If you are a dentist who is passionate about making a true impact, while enjoying the freedom to focus on what you do best—patient care—Centurion offers a career path unlike any other.

We are hiring full-time (30–40 hours/week) and part-time (8–29 hours/week) dentists to serve state prisons in the following states:

Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Missouri, Tennessee, and Pennsylvania.

Why Choose Correctional Dentistry?

  • Make a meaningful difference – Spend quality time with patients who truly value your care.
  • Cut through the red tape – No insurance hassles, complex reimbursement issues, or production quotas.
  • Focus solely on dentistry – No administrative duties or staff management required.
  • Flexibility and freedom – No non-compete agreements or long-term employment contracts.

Over 95% of incarcerated individuals will return to their communities. Your care plays a crucial role in their overall health, rehabilitation, and future success—directly impacting public health and safety.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive, guaranteed salary
  • Comprehensive benefits – Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance
  • Generous paid time off and company-paid holidays
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • CEU reimbursement with up to 3 additional paid days off
  • Company-paid malpractice insurance
  • NHSC student loan repayment opportunities (at eligible sites)
  • Flexible spending accounts for healthcare and dependent care
  • ...and much more!

What We’re Looking For:

  • DDS or DMD degree
  • Active or pending state dental license
  • Ability to pass background and NPDB clearance

Be part of something bigger—care that transforms lives.
