People First in Lexington We are hiring for a nocturnist physician assistant position. A nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

Qualifications:
- Board certification/eligible physician assistant in acute care or family medicine.
- Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive inpatient care, including managing patient admissions and performing procedures (with training available if needed).

- Participate in regular team huddles, all-staff, and educational CME meetings.
