Primary Care Physician – Concierge Medicine

About the Role

We are seeking a board-certified Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join our growing concierge medicine network. This opportunity allows you to provide personalized, patient-centered care while enjoying smaller patient panels and greater professional autonomy.

You will partner with our team to build and maintain a thriving concierge practice where you can focus on delivering exceptional outcomes for your patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality preventive and primary care to a panel of 50–150 patients. We will help you grow your panel. We provide all of the support you need to run your own practice.
  
  

• Build long-term relationships with patients and tailor care to individual needs.
  
  

• Leverage our technology platform for scheduling, messaging, and patient management.
  
  

• Participate in onboarding and growing your concierge panel (we provide marketing support).
  
  

• Collaborate with our operations team to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree and board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

• Active medical license in at least one U.S. state (additional states a plus).

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Interest in innovative care models and patient-centered medicine

• Concierge or direct primary care experience (preferred but not required).

• Work experience includes longitudinal primary care. Have trained or worked in an academic medical center (preferred but not required).
