Position: Family Physician
Location: Erie, Pennsylvania (Visa sponsorship available)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, first shift (five 8-hour days)

What You’ll Do
As a vital member of our collaborative care team, you’ll provide primary medical services across all ages—focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute needs.
You will:
Deliver high-quality outpatient care to a multilingual, multicultural population
Prescribe treatments and medications in accordance with Pennsylvania state guidelines
Support wellness through patient education, family guidance, and community health promotion
Collaborate with specialists and fellow providers to ensure continuity of care
Stay current with advancements in family medicine through ongoing professional development
What You Bring
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board Certification in Family Medicine
Completion of a Family Medicine residency
Pennsylvania medical license (or eligibility)
DEA registration
Strong diagnostic skills and a commitment to compassionate care
Proficiency in musculoskeletal ultrasound and electronic health records (NextGen experience a plus)
