• Collaborate with Infectious Disease Physicians providing medication management, patient education, physical exams, and comprehensive care.

• Serve as a patient advocate focused on disease prevention and healthy living.

• Work primarily in Medford (3 days/week) and Grants Pass (1 day/week) with a four-day workweek for excellent work-life balance.
