Pay Rates
- Hourly $310.00
- Night Call ($420.00 rate cap)
- Call Back ($420.00 rate cap)
- 24 Hours On Call ($2800.00 rate cap)
- Must be able to start in Aug 18 2025
- Must be available full-time (at least 2 weeks per month of availability)
Schedule:
- Clinic Days: 3-5
- Shift length: 24
- Clinic Hours: Monday - Thursday 0800-1700, Friday 0800-1500
- Procedure/OR Days: Friday
- On Call: 24/7 call coverage ideal for 2 weeks back-to-back. This would include coverage for established patients, ED, and consults.

- Job Responsibilities: Provide 24-hour call coverage for ER and post-op patients. Perform ENT related surgeries and support clinic volume.

- Procedures offered in the practice: Ear cleaning, post-op care, acute needs, and full-time audiologist on site.
- Number of Exam Rooms per Provider: 3 plus procedure rooms
- Medical Imaging: Yes
- Lab & Pharmacy: Yes
- Clinic Provider Daily Volume: 15-25
- Appointment Length: office = 15-minute durations
- Demographics: Males, Females, Adults. Metro, plus rural. University College City; John Deere; Tysons.
- EMR: Epic
Required Procedures:
- Basic ENT clinic care
- Basic surgeries such as tubes and tonsils
- Nasopharyngeal scopes
- Biopsies
- Direct laryngoscopies
Submission Requirements
- Board Certified - REQUIRED
- Active IA License or Active IMLC - REQUIRED (Must upload LOQ at time of name clear)
- Fellowship Trained (ENT) - REQUIRED
- Must be experienced - REQUIRED (5 years or greater would be ideal)
- Must be able to start on Aug 18, 2025, full-time (at least 2 weeks availability) - REQUIRED
- Clean Malpractice - REQUIRED
