Position Overview
In this role, the Provider is responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' pain and creating individualized treatment plans for acute and chronic pain, including pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic options. Administering techniques such as injections, nerve stimulators and other surgical procedures. Conducts regular follow-up appointments to monitor the effectiveness of treatment plans and make necessary adjustments. Will collaborate with other colleagues and other healthcare providers/specialists as needed.

Required Qualifications:
National Nurse Practitioner certification through AANC or AANP; or Physician Assistant/ARNP Certification; or ability to obtain prior to employment
Preferred Qualifications:
Washington Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $88,000 to $173,200 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
