MercyOne Medical Group is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join its Rural Health Clinic in Mount Ayr, IA. This position offers the unique opportunity to practice full-spectrum family medicine in a welcoming, close-knit community. Physicians enjoy meaningful patient relationships, a supportive care team, and the ability to make a lasting impact.
Opportunity Highlights
- Join a team of 2 Physician and 4 APPs
- Volume: 15-18 patients/day
- Call - 1:5 rotation
- 4-day work-week; M-F (4x10 hour shifts)
- Outpatient clinic and nursing home rounding
- Onsite lab, X-ray, and pharmacy
- J1 and H1b applicants welcomed
Opportunity Details
- Annual Base Salary guarantee of $301,000 /yr + production incentives
- $300,000 Bonus Package
- Moving allowance up to $15,000
- PSLF eligible
- 403 B match
- 30 Days annual PTO
- Day One benefits
