Otolaryngology APP
The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) seeks an ENT APP to join our team. As a 182-bed Level II Trauma center, ANMC represents over 30 medical specialties and serves as the award-winning tertiary referral center for Alaska Native and American Indian people across the state. As a hospital-employed practice serving adult and pediatric patients, you will receive exposure to the entire scope of the specialty with an emphasis on otology, cancer and trauma.
Desired ENT procedural skills. Standard in‑clinic procedures include flexible/rigid Naso laryngoscopy, cerumen debridement, myringotomy tube checks, nasal endoscopy, and minor skin‑lesion excisions. (Nasal fracture reduction excluded.)
Qualifications: Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Nursing or Physician’s assistant; Certification by an approved national certifying body; Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Certification; State of Alaska Advanced Practice Provider License. Preferred: 2 to 5 years’ post-graduate experience as a nurse practitioner or PA managing ENT patients; genuine interest in Otolaryngology, astute clinical skills; superior communication and relationship building skills; flexible team player; culturally sensitive.
