Spectrum Healthcare Resources is actively seeking a civilian Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated team at the Dumfries Health Center in Prince William County, Virginia. This is your chance to deliver high-quality care to our nation’s active-duty military members and their families in a setting that prioritizes work-life balance, patient-centered care, and professional fulfillment.

• Full-Time, Predictable Schedule: 40 hours/week

  • MondayFriday: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM

  • One evening shift (11:30 AM 8:00 PM) weekly

  • One Friday shift every 45 weeks

• Manageable Patient Load: See just 1215 patients per day, allowing you to focus on delivering quality care not quantity

• Outpatient-Only Practice: No nights, no weekends, no on-call ever

• Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (Family Medicine)

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience

• Current DEA registration and BLS certification

• U.S. Citizenship required (government contract)
