Major Duties: - Provide bio-psychosocial evaluations, targeted assessments, diagnostic impressions, and treatment plans for behavioral health patients and their families. - Make behavioral health diagnoses and provide individual and group therapy using various modalities such as brief problem-focused psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and client-centered therapy. - Supervise assigned professional and paraprofessional employees, military personnel, federal civilian employees, and provide technical oversight to contract employees assigned to the Clinic. - Plan and organize work to be accomplished by subordinates, set and adjust long and short-term priorities, and prepare schedules for completion of work. - Function as the authoritative source of information in the specialty of Social Work and behavioral health, independently planning and carrying out assigned duties in accordance with psychological theories, techniques and professional standards.Performs other duties as assigned.
